Why should I spend money on a personal trainer when I can do it by myself?

Of course you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customised training programme that corresponds to your requirements and goals.

How and when do I pay?

All Classes and PT’s must be paid in full in advance in cash on the day. All monies are non-refundable.

How much is it?

Prices vary dependent on location and type of training. I offer very competitive rates and discounts on block bookings.

What exercises will we do, I’m worried they’ll be too difficult?

I carry out all kinds of exercises, but will only do the exercises that you feel comfortable doing. My job is to find a training programme that you’re happy with and that you’ll stick to in order for you to reach your goal. Therefore the exercises can be modified and adapted at any point during the training to suit yourself.

What types of training do you offer?

I develop a customised training programme for each of my clients, tailored toward their wishes, allowing them to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame. The types of training covered are weight loss, endurance, flexibility and stretching, as well as strength, core and functional training.

Are you a qualified personal trainer?

Yes. I am a fully qualified REPS Registered Level 3 Personal Trainer. Registration number R0184073.

What should I wear?

Clothes should be fit for purpose – comfortable and non-restrictive; Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support and grip.

Where does the training take place?

I train where my clients feel most comfortable. Be it Remote training, at their own home, office or the great outdoors.

What if I’m running late?

If the client is late for a session the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time. If I am late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.

What if I need to cancel a session?

A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments, so I can reallocate your session. Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the session fee. To cancel please either phone or text or cancel from the Customer portal when you made the booking.
