What are HIIT Classes?

HIIT circuits are a 30 minute high intensity workout. The exercise classes which are held at Portishead Lakegrounds and Nailsea Old Farmhouse are a mixture of bodyweight exercises, resistance equipment and cardiovascular activity to give the participants an all over body workout.

The circuits I run are all different and I pride myself on the fact no 2 sessions will be the same this is to ensure you are always challenging yourself and your body.
