I spent 12 years within the Army and this is where I gained a passion for teaching and coaching. For 10 of those years, I was a qualified Physical Training Instructor, two of which were in a gymnasium in a training establishment teaching civilians, recruits and permanent staff. I can offer you a wide range of routines and not one session will be the same!!
If you’re just starting on your fitness journey then I will be there to guide and support you with routines that match your ability, or if you’re further along in your fitness then I can provide routines that will truly challenge you!!

We are friendly and approachable so you can feel at ease from the moment you pick up the phone. Once we have discussed your goals each and every lesson is prepared in advance and unique to yourself (100% communication is key and all exercises are easily adapted if necessary).
WaynePT has years of experience and will guide and assist you towards your fitness goals. The training can be conducted in person or online again putting you at ease as you are able to choose your training environment. One of the key aspects of Personal Training is to ensure that you engage the correct muscle groups during the exercise. All exercises are explained and broken down, you are then coached throughout which reduces the risk of injury and enhances progression.
There are no hard sells and you are not tied to contract.
